[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Week-10 Report - Improving pgr_withPointsDD

Hello everyone,

The following is my tenth weekly report (Jul 31 - Aug 6):

*- What did I get done this week?*

   - Practiced:
      - cherry-pick
      - create a tag [1]
      - rebase and resolve conflicting code [2]
   - Improved documentation of pgr_withPointsDD.
   - Watched twitch video by Vicky to learn how to prepare for a PR.
   - Removed code that should have been removed before.

*- What do I plan on doing next week?*

   - Meeting with mentors.
   - Start preparing for PR to the main repo.

*- Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No.
