[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Fifth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello all,

Greetings of the day!

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I completed during
the fifth week :

The following tasks have been accomplished[1]:

   - Integrated FastAPI with PostgREST to fetch data from PostgreSQL
   - developed a Python script to automatically ingest much more data using
   csv file than now.
   - explored how to manage multi data type and traveltime functions



What did I plan to do next week?

   - discuss with Filippo and the mentors about the integration of the two
   modules
   - working more on travel time functions


Am I blocked on anything?

   - No
