[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Sixth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello all,

Greetings of the day!

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I completed during
the sixth week :

The following tasks have been accomplished[1]:

   - writing a python script to create dummy data for STA tables in database
   - exploring ways to fetch STA response in OGC standard format using
   postgREST and fastAPI
   - PostgreSQL functions for returning data in a standard response



What did I plan to do next week?

   - discuss with mentors about the approach used


Am I blocked on anything?

   - No
