[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Sixth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the sixth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished[^1]:

- Rewrote the converter properly using a Lexer and a Parser
- Implemented a PoC general route that uses the converter
- Implemented a converter for the query path
- General fixes and improvements

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Write better tests for the converter
- Adapt the responses to comply with the SensorThings standard
- discuss next steps with the mentors

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- No blockers
