[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Ninth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the ninth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished:

- Worked on supporting multiple data types for Observations
- Worked on supporting nested data insertion

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Continue exploring possible ways to support multiple data types for
Observations
- Continue working on the nested data insertion

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- No blockers
