[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Ninth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Greetings of the day!

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I completed during
the ninth week :

The following tasks have been accomplished[1]:

   - Testing if proper OGC standard for STA was followed
   - Script to add data in a postgres tables as per configuration file


What did I plan to do next week?

   - work on the idea of adding observation results in table


Am I blocked on anything?

   - Was blocked due to some project deadlines and lab work this week. I
   will cover it next week.
