[SoC] GSoC 2023 Introduction: Koushikey Chhapariya - Getting ready with ZOO-Project for the OGC Compliance Testing

Hello Community Members,

I am Koushikey Chhapariya, a Ph.D. student from the Indian Institute of
Technology, Bombay. My Github [1 <https://github.com/Koushikey4596>],

I am contributing to ZOO-Project on "Getting ready with ZOO-Project for the
OGC Compliance Testing" [4 <https://github.com/Koushikey4596/ZOO-Project>].
The project's main idea is to run test suites so that Zoo-Project gets
ready for successful OGC compliance certification. Currently, the
ZOO-Project does include some tests that are run automatically from the
GitHub action. These tests are specifically designed for the project. This
proposal aims to define the test based on OGC test suites (OGC Test
Engine). So, after this project, these tests from test suites will be
validated automatically on every single build from the GitHub action.

I am a bit late in introducing myself, but I assure you my work deliveries
on time. Please review my weekly timeline and let me know if there are any
