Jorge, estoy de acuerdo contigo:
-  la formacion de la lista Española de OSGeo
- el trabajo de Victor, que es excelente y hay que contarlo para que mas 
personas se animen. Ahora tenemos también el permiso de acceso al SVN 
(en fin).
- la traducción del portal es importante también.
- añadiría la próxima Jornada de SIG Libre  [1] que merece visibilidad

La Jornada de SIG Libre puede ser una optima ocasión para formalizar la 
creación del capitulo. Es probable que Tyler Mitchell, director de 
OSGeo, venga a Girona.

Aprovecho del mensaje para acordar a quien puede estar interesado que 
existe una mailing list dedicada para el Libro SIG [2].
Muchos de los editores ya están subscritos, si te suena nuevo añadete.

yo ayudo con gusto para el articulo
se puede editar tranquilamente en el wiki de OSGeo
