el hecho de que aun no tenga instalado maspserver influye para q me funcione?

	Lo mejor es que uses path relativos como "./mikml.kml".

Fijate que el archivo pueda ser leido por el usuario del servidor http, es muy comun en sistemas basados en linux/unix.
