[SriLanka] Sri Lankan CRS in QGIS 2.0.1

Dear All,

If you haven't notice it yet, please check the Sri Lankan coordinate system
 is now available in QGIS 2.0 'Dufour' under projected coordinate systems.
(EPSG:5234)

Many thanks to OGP Geomatics committee and QGIS developers to have defined
and entered it. Also we have to appreciate the contribution of the
gentlemen, Abeyratne, Featherstone and Tantrigoda to have provided them
with necessary parameters.

Hope this will make our lives much easier.
