[OSGeo-Standards] Victoria BOF

Reminder: there will be a BOF next week for OSGeo folk to discuss
standards-related activities.

There are multiple other BOFs scheduled for the one BOF slot, so I'm
trying to see what we can do to get some less-overlapping /
more-dedicated time.  We'll try to get this resolved Sunday afternoon
when we hit ground.  (Feel free to lobby your favorite foss4g rep for
preferential treatment for our BOF :-)

Also, I will send out a very loose agenda when we get, ummm, closer to
the event time.
