[OSGeo-Standards] Atom et al dialog in the OGC

Folks,
there was some talk on an IRC chat recently about how open the OGC is. 
OGC has now moved a discussion - or better, a dialog - on how to (and 
how not to) use Atom with geospatial. I believe this is an interesting 
move. It is now on the "Mass Market" [1] mailing list which might not 
hit the nail on the head from a content point of view but is definitely 
interesting.

@OGC: first response to my Tweet on this: Shame that there is no public 
archive to search. Which is true. Having it open to crawlers and search 
engines will help index and disseminate what is going on.
