[OSGeo-Standards] CSS for maps

Folks,
there has been some discussion regarding standard development and how we
could help improve communication between OSGeo, OGC and "others" in
general.

One idea was to look into an area that is of general current interest
and try to bundle work in a more comprehensive way, if only by letting
each community know what is going on in other ones. That way we might be
able to work around the issues we had with GeoRSS and later the
diversity of web map tiling specs.

Find the link to a blog by David Winslow forwarded through Paul Ramsey,
it might be an interesting topic to this group too.
