Thanks for this suggestion, I absolutely second this. Having the
learning effect of actually implementing the spec as it evolves wold
be really helpful. In OGC this wold typically happen as a separate
process in the Interoperability Experiments. Maybe bringing the two
closer together woudl really help to get a common understanding and
acceptance.
