[OSGeo-Standards] Fwd: TEAM Engine and CITE infrastructure [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Hi Bruce and Jeff

At the CITE SC we had a discussion about moving using Eclipse infrastructure for issue tracking,  helping with releases and code review.  Folks at the meeting were OK with this. We thought that before making the decision we should have an open call allowing for others interested to let us know. This is why I contact Jeff.

From OSGEO incubation viewpoint, I'm not sure where we stand. I think TEAM Engine is still incubation at OSGEO, and Im not sure what the implications are if we use Eclipse infrastructure. We haven't really made any advancements other than do some testing to package TEAM Engine in a virtual box for OSGeo Live.
