[OSGeo-Standards] OSGeo / OGC MOU update -- approved!

Hi everyone: hope you are all doing well.  FYI the OSGeo Board has approved
the MOU with OGC [1][2].  We will begin to work on next steps to put the
updated
MOU in place as well as prepare ourselves here on the OSGeo side regarding
our
forthcoming OGC Associate Membership.

A big thanks for everyone's input and feedback on this effort, as well as
Bruce Bannerman
for his leadership.  More information will follow in the coming weeks on
next steps.
