Anyone want to take a stab at creating one?

Should it be themed via the OSGeo logo or in concert with other
themes/logos (MapServer, User Group, etc)

It would be nice to have something at the Tues Meeting that all can
sign
off on then and there.

I would like to add in the MOOSE link for one.
