RFI from USDA APFO for JPEG 2000 Pilot Project

FYI

USDA APFO has a Request For Information (RFI) on a proposed JPEG2000 pilot
project.

Historically, APFO has requested MrSID propriatary end aerial imagery
products but they are finally looking at other options such as JPEG2000.
