[TCMUG] MPCA interactive map

The flex interface made me think of the article in the Fall 2009 issue of
ArcUser "Four lessons on usability and the GeoWeb".  (Link:
http://www.esri.com/news/arcuser/1009/4_lessons.html )  Some good things
to remember no matter the vendor.
