David, you're so modest! That may be your only open-source data feed, but folks can access your data services in other APIs via your REST directory:
http://pca-gis02.pca.state.mn.us/arcgis/rest/services

Perhaps that's not as important to the MapUser crowd, but I'm sure SOME folks are also ArcMap or Google Earth users, no?
