Huh. Well, my theory of it being mod_python related is out the window
then.

Really, I have no clue why this happens. Or any clue how to debug it. It
is now affecting my server rather seriously, and I have no idea why or
what to do about it. So, we're all in the same boat.

Maybe it's time for osmeone else to take a stab at writing TileCache.
