[Tilecache] NameError in Service-class

Hi,

while trying to delete some tiles from the cache I found a (minor) bug in the 
expireTile-method of the Service class. The Tile-Class is called but has not 
been imported - so a NameError is raised. 
A patch is attached to this posting.
