[Tilecache] Missing import on Mapnik Layer

Hello All,

Code in TileCache.Layers.Mapnik lacks a import sys...
The error only hapens if you're in debug mode and restricting layers
of your mapfile, as it is used to print a debug message.

Noticed in the 2.03 realease and svn trunk rev 324.


PS: Posting this here as there's no trac for tilecache, at least not a
public link on the main site.
