[Tilecache] Premature end of script headers problem

I've run into what seems like an odd problem.  I didn't have any trouble
installing tilecache or running the tilecache_seed.py script.  However,
when recently running it - certain tiles and zoom levels fail with a 500
internal server error.  The only error I get in the Apache error logs is
'Premature end of script headers: wms.exe'.

If anyone has any ideas on what might be causing particular tiles to
fail, I would appreciate it.
