[Tilecache] Premature end of script headers problem

This is typically code for "You crashed mapserver". Pull the URL from
the log, and try to open the URL that TileCache was trying to open, and
see if you get the same error message. If you do, then you'll need to
take the problem to the MapServer list and try to debug it there.
