[Tilecache] Missing last level of tiles

Hi list,

I'm working on an application which uses MapBuilder, GeoServer and
TileCache.
I've configured 15 levels in TileCache like that :

All my levels work except the last one where I've no tiles.
In fact, I want to have a mapscale from 1:45000 to 1:200. And I absolutely
need the 1/200 mapscale in my application.

I've tried a lot of things :
- with or without seeding the cache,
- with or without metaTile parameter,
- with or without levels parameter,
- with others resolutions, and so on...

I can see my data with a smaller mapscale in GeoServer's Map Preview.

Have you an idea about that ?
