[Tilecache] "real example" caching parameters for openlayers/tilecache requested

Dear List,

I've been reading and searching all over the place to find info on dpi,
minresolutions, scales, resolution arrays, scale arrays etc, but I can't
assimilate all this.
Would anyone find the time to give me the best params to use in the
OpenLayers.Layer.WMS definition, as well as the params to use in
tilecache.cfg, to achieve this :

a dpi of 96
these scales : 20000000,5000000,1000000   ( so it is not linear )
a tile size of 512x512
a max extent of 2259000,1340000,6595000,5468000  in meters

I think it is all one needs to be able to build the cache  ... ?
