[Tilecache] Tilecache with Mapfile variable substitution

Hello,

Is it possible to use mapfile variable substitution with tilecache?

For example:

http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=C:/ms4w/maps/map/mapa.map&id=50

mapa.map:

LAYER
   ...

	CLASS
		EXPRESSION (%id% == 50)
		.....	

   ...
END
