[Tilecache] Cassandra support for TileCache

Just a heads-up about a project that I heard about this weekend,
http://github.com/skwash/TileCache-Cassandra.  Not sure what level of
functionality exists yet, but the goal is to be able to use Cassandra as a
backing store for tiles.
