[TOSprint] IslandWood sprint -- money talks...

It would be nice indeed, but perhaps not something we want to hang
this event over :) Our last events all ended up costing hotel and
travel for developers, and some incidental meal costs. The budget
Michael has provided is comparable (or better), with the cash bar
being the only wrinkle. I guess the hotel would look askance if we
brought in our own supplies of alcohol.
