[TOSprint] Plan for Tuesday morning...

Hi Sprinters,

The sprint is only a couple of days away. Are you starting to feel the 
excitement as much as I am?

Here are some notes for your arrival:

- For those staying at the Cantlies Suites, we will try to get together 
in the hall of the hotel at 8:45am on Tuesday morning and walk from 
there to arrive at the sprint venue around 9:00am

- Our host will provide us with a name badge for everyone who registered 
in the wiki. This also means that if you didn't put your name down in 
the wiki you don't exist as far as they are concerned. You should carry 
the badge with you at all time for security reasons since we will be 
inside their offices.

- If you arrive later, then you can take the elevator directly to the 
24th floor of the building (1002, Sherbrooke West, Suite 2400) and it 
should be possible to track us down easily.

- If you stay at the Cantlies Suites, please be aware that the 99$ 
package for our room block includes free internet access. Normally it's 
an extra 5$ charge, but they agreed to provide it for free... I mention 
this because that was not written in the reservation confirmation that 
I/you received, so if they try to charge you for Internet remind them 
that it should be free for members of our room block.

- If you arrive on Monday then don't forget the Code Sprint Ice Breaker 
/ OSGeo-Québec "5 à 7" on Monday night starting at 5pm on the 2nd floor 
of http://www.mcleanspub.com/ on Peel Street. I've been told there would 
be a 50% drink special from 4 to 7pm.
