Would help if you list yourself as a possible to attend and the dates that
work for you. Nothing is set in stone quite yet.

The main reason we picked the date we did is
1) it works for everyone that has signed up
2) as Howard said we didn't see it as any worse price wise than any other
time
3) Other dates people can make hit at times when Boston Logan Airport is
often shutdown because of bad weather.  We are deathly afraid of that as it
has ruined a number of our plans in the past.
 
So March 25-28 is the most predictable of times.

I just read about the code sprint today and didn't realize it's just the
days before Easter. 
While I can't give any promise yet, that I or someone else from Georepublic
can attend to help with pgRouting, it makes it a lot more difficult to
attend if you want to be back home on Easter and have a longer travel to
Boston (ie. from Japan).

would be the Friday to Sunday period after and there would be  dearth of
travel before especially Sunday and during the week since
Everyone Easter traveling would be going on a Friday or Saturday.

March 25-28 is the week before the Easter long weekend, probably a high
traffic weekend in airlines. Being close to a long weekend like this is
probably not ideal for those looking for cheaper flights. Was this taken
into consideration in the choice of dates?
