[TOSprint] Sprint plans for early 2016?

Hi Jeff: I was checking with Thomas Bonfort about status just last week and it sounded like a Europe sprint was unlikely. I was thinking about possibly offering to host in Minneapolis. There's interest amongst the local OSGeo group but we don't have any firm plans yet. --Steve

Am I correct that this year's OSGeo code sprint will be in Europe?  I
know my own March is filling fast with conferences, so it would be good
to block a week soon if needed.
