[TOSprint] Sprint plans for early 2016?

Hi Steve,

Ok thanks for this update.  Regarding Minny, please remind the local 
OSGeo group that the OSGeo board can provide funding/money for your 
hosting the code sprint (there is a process for this request, see the 
steps at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Code_Sprint_Guidelines).
