[Ubuntu] Error when installing python-qgis-common 1.3.0-1~hardy3

Hi

I get the following error when I try to install python-qgis-common
1.3.0-1~hardy3 from a repository. INterestingly, QGIS and plugins are
working.

Any idea how to fix this error?
