[Ubuntu] Error when installing python-qgis-common 1.3.0-1~hardy3

Hi Rainer,

I've tried to install it on my hardy machine and got the same problem. Since 
I'm not the maintainer of that package, I'll check if qgis guys could take 
care of that.
