[Ubuntu] help creating a build recipie for GRASS 70

Hi,
I have created a automatic build recepie
(https://code.launchpad.net/~timmie/+recipe/grass70) for GRASS 7
(https://code.launchpad.net/~grass/grass/grass_trunk) based on
https://code.launchpad.net/~grass/grass/grass70_release_debian

I had to drop the  htmlgen-fakeroot.dpatch file because the
documentation buidl system apparently changed from version 6.4 to
version 7.0.

Can someone please help and explain how the new documentation build
system would need to be added to the debian package system?
