[Ubuntu] Build error when trying to rebuild mapserver from ubuntugis-unstable

Hi,
I am trying to rebuild current version of mapserver from
ubuntugis-unstable for my own purpose and it fails on following error:

libtool: link: (cd ".libs" && rm -f "libmapserver.so" && ln -s
"libmapserver-6.2.1.so" "libmapserver.so")
/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libxml2.la: No such file
or directory
libtool: link: `/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libxml2.la' is not a valid
libtool archive

What can be a problem (libxml2-dev is installed) ?
