[Ubuntu] Qgis 2.2 WFS bug

DebianGIS 2.2.0-1 from 18/3 has got this and other important patches. Please, please rebuild UbuntuGIS Qgis.

WFS doesn't work in Qgis Server 2.2: http://hub.qgis.org/issues/9674
