[Ubuntu] GDAL 2.2.2 transition

Hi all and happy PostGIS day :)

I just pushed new PostGIS, MapServer and pgRouting releases to 
experimental ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntugis/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntugis-experimental/+packages

Testers wanted, so we can move the packages to Unstable next week.
