[Ubuntu] QGIS: unsupported SAGA version after last update -- ubuntugis-unstable channel

Hello to everybody,
I use the ubuntugis-unstable and this week i upgraded all the ubuntugis
packages.
I saw the saga was updated to version 7.3.0.
Unfortunately QGIS doesn't recognize this version and saga plugings aren't
in sextante anymore.
In the logs i find "2019-07-22T20:44:40     CRITICAL    Problem with SAGA
installation: unsupported SAGA version (found: 7.3.0, required: 2.3.).
My distro is Ubuntu 18.04.

Please, could you check this problem?
