[Ubuntu] GRASS 7.8.1 fails to start GUI on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi folks,

the latest GRASS package pushed to ubuntugis-unstable fails to start the GUI on Ubuntu 18.04. The output is below, looks like the version of pythonwx is not the right one.
