[Ubuntu] requesting MB-systems packages for ubuntu18 lts

I am a hydrrographer needing software to process echosounder data, singlebeam and multibeam. I have installed  ubuntu 18X lts, however mbsystems is not in the package list for this version. I see mbsystems is available for ubuntu14lts and 16lts, but not 18. 
can I request mbsystems packages for 18lts?If not, how might I access the package archives for 14 or 16?can I add the debian archive, and load packages from there?
