You're still using multiple PPAs.

The apt.postgresql.org PPA and qgis.org repo with ubuntugis dependencies
are incompatible.

UbuntuGIS has a newer gdal for which the postgis package in
apt.postgresql.org has been not rebuilt.

You need to remove/disable the apt.postgresql.org PPA.
