[Ubuntu] Pending removal of Xenial packages from Stable ppa

Hi all,

1. Xenial packages have been dropped.
2. Bionic packages have moved to stable ppa only.
3. Focal packages have moved to stable ppa only.

Unstable ppa will now only include packages for Noble and Jammy.
