[Ubuntu] Pending removal of Xenial packages from Stable ppa

Thanks for the feedback,

I have removed the Xenial packages.
For Bionic, I am going to drop the packages from Unstable ppa as a first 
step.
For Focal we should probably move all unstable packages to stable until EOL.
