[Ubuntu] I added ubuntugis-unstable to compile QGIS, but now I cant install QGIS via apt

I upgraded to Ubuntu 24.04. And wanted to build QGIS. I found out that pdal
was not available via apt.
I solved that by adding ubuntugis-unstable, and then installing
pdal/libpdal-dev. And compilation went fine.
However, there is a bug in the QGIS I managed to build. So I wanted to also
install QGIS as a binary package, ie "apt install qgis", to see if the bug
is also there. That fails with: "Unable to correct problems, you have held
broken packages.".
I don't know exactly what this means, and I don't know how to work around
it. Is this "normal" behaviour, that if having ubuntu-unstable enabled,
then I can't install qgis?
