Dear All,

There is a two day course- an Introduction in open source geospatial software being run at the University of Lancaster in January 2010. It should be suitable for anyone wishing to get a good grounding in the basics, from desktop to web GIS. Please see this website for details: http://shortcourses.maths.lancs.ac.uk/geospatial, or the attached flyer.

All the best

Jo
