[OSGeo-UK] Trustees and AGM

I am delighted to announce that the board members of OSGeo:UK have
appointed three trustees:
Matt Travis
Dave Barter
Alastair Graham

Many thanks chaps, for stepping up!

Furthermore, we're going to attempt an online AGM: Thursday 7th September
at 12.30. This will be done by google hangout. We will publish an agenda in
advance, and then just before the meeting starts I will publish a link to
the hangout here and, for those people that get a daily digest, on the
uk.osgeo.org website and twitter accounts as well. This might not work-
we'll test it in advance though!

Note- for purists we're not going down the IRC route for this- sorry.

Thanks again to our new trustees and I hope to see as many of you as
possible at the AGM!
