[OSGeo-UK] UK Government launch call for evidence to be geospatial world leader

Hi All,

Finally, here's the link to the google document for our OSGeo:UK
questionnaire response. I've included handy links to the various files, and
added the page reference to the main pdf to each question. What I haven't
done is actually start adding in any responses yet!

I'll set a deadline of the 17th October for any responses, which gives me
time to sanity-check the document before sending it off.
